Q: What happens after I pay for my ticket?
A: You'll receive two emails. Your receipt and your confirmation email. If you don't see one or both of these emails then contact us immediately at
support@thesfu.com.
Q: Do I have to be a licensed therapist for this event?
A: No, this event is suitable for anyone who wishes to build their business.
Q: If I live outside of the USA can I still attend?
A: Yes, you can attend from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also fly to Dallas, TX to attend as our Premium Elite too.
Q: Will I get the recordings if I can't attend live?
A: You will get the recordings if you secure a VIP Admission ticket.
Q: How long will the recordings be available?
A: You will get forever access to them with your VIP or Premium Elite admission.
Q: Can I upgrade my admission?
A: Yes, as long as there is a space available, email us at
support@thesfu.com and we will send you a special list to upgrade.
Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
A: Yes, you have 7 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. If you request after the 7 days you'll get SFU credit which you can use for any of our courses/training/events.
